As principals, FOCAL also invests and develops in Southern California, with multifamily and infill projects and entitlement work across Los Angeles, Ventura, and Santa Barbara counties. Our team has entitled 4,000+ residential units, structured over $1bn in capital, and managed projects from acquisition through stabilization. We combine principal investing experience with hands-on advisory across land use, capital markets, and asset management.
