Brandon has been working in Real Estate Development for over 11 years. Brandon was the Vice President of Hawkeye Investments II, LLC for 6 years and Co-Founded MB Development Company in 2018. Brandon has entitled approximately 1,200 residential units and 100,000 SF of commercial space along California’s Southern and Central Coast. As a Principal, Brandon managed the entire development process. He worked closely with city staff, city officials, project consultants and local communities to re-zone, entitle, and develop projects totaling approximately $700mm in value. Brandon helped to foster strong relationships with financial & equity partners, totaling close to $75mm.
Companies Brandon worked with include Fairfield Residential, Comstock Homes, Shea Homes, Biltmore Apts., LLC, and Compass Acquisition Partners to name a few.

Adam brings over a decade of real estate experience to FOCAL having previously spent 5+ years at Redcar Properties as Vice President of Investments, where he was responsible for closing ~$1bn of acquisitions and financings as well as helping to facilitate the growth of the company and closing two funds totaling $800mm.
Adam was born and raised in London, England and spent 5 years at Galliard Homes, overseeing the acquisitions and investments prior to moving to Los Angeles.
Adam received his BEng in Civil Engineering from the University of Nottingham and a MSc in Real Estate from Cass Business School London.

Tomer brings a wealth of real estate experience to FOCAL, having worked in real estate private equity and capital markets. Tomer was directly involved in the structuring and capitalization of over $250mm in real estate transactions, through JV and LP equity structures along with senior and mezzanine debt financing.
His real estate journey began as an Associate at KPMG Tel Aviv, where he focused on structuring and compliance of institutional investments in U.S. real estate.
Tomer received his undergraduate degree from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, with a double major in Accounting and International Relations. Prior to completing his studies, Tomer served as a tank commander in the Israel Defense Forces.

Alex brings more than a decade of real estate lending experience to FOCAL. Before joining the team, he worked at Arixa Capital, one of the West Coast’s leading private lenders, where he reviewed over $3bn in transactions and personally underwrote more than $1bn in ground-up construction and bridge loans.
He is recognized for his hands-on, practical approach to underwriting, looking beyond the numbers to understand a sponsor’s vision and structuring loans that work for all parties. Alex has also guided borrowers through complex situations, leveraging his experience with distressed loans to craft collaborative solutions that protect relationships while keeping projects on track.
A licensed Real Estate Salesperson since 2016, Alex earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science with a concentration in International Relations from UCLA.

Idan entered real estate in 2020 after a decade in hospitality, where he honed his passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. He holds an M.S. in Real Estate Finance from Pepperdine and has managed over $500mm in project valuations, led 30+ acquisitions totaling $40mm, and entitled 2,500+ units including Affordable Housing across Southern California.
A native Angeleno, Idan specializes in guiding clients through complex deals, leveraging his expertise in state and local incentive programs, Opportunity Zones, and evolving urban landscape. His wide network of developers, consultants, and agency partners allows him to unlock value others miss—always with a focus on client education, transparency, and long-term impact.
