Specifically, FOCAL does not: Solicit or facilitate investments in securities; Negotiate or execute securities transactions; Raise capital on behalf of issuers or sponsors; Hold or manage client funds or securities. All services provided by FOCAL, including strategic consulting, real estate advisory, and development analysis, are offered for informational and advisory purposes only. Any financial or investment-related decisions should be made in consultation with licensed professionals. FOCAL’s compensation is structured as fixed fees or success-based real estate commissions where applicable, and is not contingent on the closing of securities offerings or investment returns. FOCAL does not independently verify the accuracy of third-party data and makes no warranties regarding the legality, compliance, or viability of any transaction or opportunity referenced in the course of our services.

3.
